Used Go Karts

Sugar River Raceway has a complete full service kart shop on site. Our kart shop is called the 'Pit Stop'. One of our main product focuses is the sale of used go-karts. We sell far more used go-karts in a year than we do new ones. We believe this is due to the Box Stock Honda classes that we run locally. This type of racing doesn't require a new go-kart to be competitive, so used go-karts are sought after by many of our beginners. A healthy secondary market exists for used Box Stock Honda go-karts, allowing budget minded beginners as well as Box Stock graduates a ready market place to exchange used equipment.

Many of the used karts in stock at Sugar River Raceway are trades on new karts. Others are on consignment with us by their current owners. These used karts have become available due to people either leaving the sport or having upgraded their equipment to run in other classes. If you're thinking of upgrading or getting a start in go-karting, use this page to keep track of our quickly changing inventory. This is a good place for the beginner to shop, as many used karts have new engines on them, and we can help make sure your next kart is in compliance with current Sugar River Raceway rules. Remember that the 'Pit Stop' is a full line kart shop so we can round out your used kart purchase with all the other accessories you'll need.

Photo197 Coyote Widetrack LE in fresh new red powder coat paint. This one has been hanging in someone's garage for years. We bought it, checked it for straightness (very nice) stripped it, checked all welds, added weight tabs, and had the powder coat put on. Assembled it with a freshly redone Honda engine, new wheels and tires, and a used MyChron 3 gauge. Ready for Box Stock Honda just pick your seat size out and we'll finish it for you. $2150.00 Photo2Here's a Coyote Widetrack that is ready for either Honda Masters or Honda Super Stock class. Black frame color, XXL seat, Yellow Renegade body kit, correct wheels and tires, and we think it is a 2003 (hard to read date stamp day of photo). Perfect model and set up to win in these classes. $1895.00
Photo141995 Coyote widetrack adjustable complete roller in an eye catching yellow. Kart is in very nice condition. $975.00. Photo4Used Maxam brand rolling chassis. This kart is in nice condition and ready for your engine or we can install a new one for you. $795.00 roller.
Photo52004 Coyote LE x-factory kart in black. Base chassis, but we can make it a roller or complete if you need. As it sits $1,000.00. This one has a pretty good pedigree, as Kellen James rode as a factory kart for a season, then it ran a couple of seasons of Sr. Super Stock, then I (Marshall Fairman) rode it last year to a few wins in Honda Masters and also the season ending 100 lapper. Great kart, very user friendly which makes the driver look much better than he is! Photo6Early 90's Margay Puma in very very nice condition. This one has been a hanger queen for a lot of years and that's what keeps condition so nice. It came in as a consignment kart end of 2010 season and it still has the belt drive sprocket on it. When did we last run that system? Oh about 1997! It is a roller ready for a Clone or Honda. These karts work great for Jr. or Sr. classes. $795.00.

Photo112003 Coyote Widetrack LE in black. We sold this one new and would estimate that it only has the equivalent of 2 full race seasons on it since new. Set up as a roller with G-Man Super nose at $1,200.00. We can also out fit this one with a complete Clone or Honda package.. Photo12Let's get started early. Kid Kart for the 5-7 year old set.
