Track Conditions: Looks like a Wednesday repete weather wise. Regardless we'll be on hand at the track between Noon and 7 PM for rentals and practice today. We have a rent to race group in at 2 PM that will share the track. This week's edition of 'Turn Key Thursday' kicks off at 7 PM. We run rain or shine, but if you want an up to the minute track conditions report give us a call. See you at the track.

Track Conditions: Are a bit damp, but we're working on that. Noon to 8 PM are the hours today. Practice, rent, buy, fix, just about anything to do with a go kart can be done today. We do have a rent to race group in at 1 PM that will cause some interference until 3 PM. We'll see you at the track.

Track Conditions: It's Saturday the 28th and we have a day of rent to race groups from 9 AM through 7 PM. That means there won't be any open track time for either practice or walk in rentals. Track Conditions: We've got another perfect go karting day on tap. We'll be at the track to help you accomplish same from Noon to 7 PM tonight. In that time frame you can rent a kart for a 1/2 hour long 'Hot Lap' session. Or you can run practice laps in your kart. We will have our motorcycle friends show up @ 5 PM for their bi-monthly practice session. At 7 PM we'll have another edition of 'Turn Key Thursday' for all of you looking for a little rent to race action. Practice will be over for the go karts at 7 PM. We hope to see you at the track.

Track Conditions: We're calling this 'Wonderful Weather Wednesday'. Man, it doesn't get any better, sunshine, low temps, and decent humidity. If you don't ride today you're just not a go karter! Noon to 8 PM are the track and store hours today. Rent a kart for a 1/2 hour and burn up our rubber! We'll see you at the track.

Track Conditions: Track conditions are great for our 100 Lap Rent to Race Endurance event! We still have a few seats left if you want to join us. Drivers must be 18 or older, entry fee is $80/driver. At this point you'll need to enter as a team of two. Noon for sign in, we'll see you at the track. No walk in rental sessions available today.

Track Conditions: Good Morning. Our Saturday is filled up with rent to race groups which means we won't have any space for 1/2 hour or walk in rentals today. Track Conditions: Happy Friday to all. We are open today Noon to 5 PM for 1/2 hour rentals or practice of your kart. We do have a small rent to race group booked in at 1 PM that will likely be with us until 3 PM. We will alternate between rent to race heats and 1/2 hour rental and practice sessions during this time frame. Sorry, but no walk in rentals or practice will be available tomorrow on Saturday. Track Conditions: Happy Friday all. Noon to 3 PM are the hours in which you can rent a go kart for a 1/2 hour spin or practice your kart. At 3 PM a big rent to race group comes in and the track won't be available after that time. The track is a bit damp as I type at Noon, but drying nicely with a decent breeze. The radar shows potential for more rain but also a chance that weather coming from the west will miss us. Call the track for an up to the minute forecast if you wish.

Track Conditions: Good Sunday morning. The track conditions are great as I type at 8 AM, but will soon become a bit damp. A system is making its way to us from the north. We will get some rain. We are going to delay our race program by one hour this morning to get out from under this rain. So 10 to register, 11 to practice and 1 PM to race is the new deal. Pass the word around if you read this and we'll see you at the track one hour later than usual.

Track Conditions: I type at approx. 10 AM and the track conditions are good. But we have the treat of some weather that is now in Dubuque. Track Conditions: Friday has arrived with a threat of some rain this afternoon. We'll be at our post at the track today regardless from Noon to 5 PM to hopefully get you a go kart ride. Track Conditions: Its Wednesday just before noon and we have some water problems from the recent rain. The water table is so high that we have water bubbling up thru the track in many places making it not runnable as of now. Im sorry but there will be no practice or half hour rentals until possibly tomorrow. We will be here for parts and service until 8PM tonight and you can call for any track updates later this afternoon.

Track Conditions: Happy Wednesday all. Water is an issue with us guys at SRR. 7.5" of rain last week is playing havoc with getting the track dry. We worked all day Tuesday to accomplish same and failed due to ground water levels that are a bit high. We'll start our attempt at wrestling the same to the ground on Wednesday, but we'd suggest you call before coming to the track for practice or 1/2 hour rentals. We'll be on hand from Noon to 8 PM regardless, but again, make sure of track conditions/availability before coming out. We hope to see you on Wednesday.

Track Conditions: A Saturday post for our Sunday Racers; I type at 4:15 PM as we run a rent to race event. The track is a okay and the forecast for the Sugar River should keep it in its banks so plan on racing tomorrow at normal times. Track Conditions: Are soggy. Another two inches of rain last night assure that. We only have Noon to 1 PM as open track today for either practice and/or 1/2 hour rentals. And the track will likely be wet, but it's up to you. At 1 PM we have a rent to race group in for a 100 Lap rent to race, so the track will be closed to the public at 1 PM.

Track Conditions: Happy Friday! We are enjoying the 'Brodhead Historics' vintage karting event which gets into full swing today. We'll have a vintage kart practice, kart show, cook out and music after dinner. You're welcome to take in all of this if you're curious about how go karts have evolved or are an old karter yourself. All of this fun means that there will not be any practice for modern karts or 1/2 hour rentals available today. The same goes for Saturday as the vintage racing takes place then. Track Conditions: We have a special Thursday this week, as it is the start of our annual vintage karting event. We call it the 'Brodhead Historics' and it will run through Saturday. What does that mean for track availability today? We will have practice and 1/2 hour rentals today as usual, but we'll also have vintage practice sessions. This will potentially reduce the amount of track time you'll have available, and it will mean a 1/2 hour rental will take longer to get done. Noon to 7 PM for that bit of fun and then our usual, 'Turn Key Thursday' night racing kicks off at 7 PM. No rentals of practice on Friday or Saturday due to the vintage event. See you at the track.

Track Conditions: Friday July 9th we will be closed to the public due to two large rent to race groups that have the track booked. Saturday July 10th is full morning to night with rent to race groups also. Sunday July 11th is our next sanctioned race day, so again no 1/2 hour rentals or practice will be available. The next available 1/2 hour rental day or practice day will be July 14th, or next Wednesday. Sorry for an inconvenience.

At 5 PM the motorcycle guys come in for some practice. At 7 PM the go kart practice and 1/2 rentals will end, but this week's edition of 'Turn Key Thursday' and the 'Fastest Man Alive' competition kick off. Track Conditions: Could this be? A day without rain? Well let's take advantage by getting some track time in. Noon to 7 PM are the hours today. Practice and 1/2 hour rentals are first on our list. Then at 5 PM we will likely have some motorcycles in for practice. The bikes will hang around through the rent to race night that begins at 7 PM. Practice and 1/2 hour rentals end at this time. Turn Key Thursday and the Fastest Man Alive Competition are what we're talking about at 7 PM. Drivers need to be 18 years or older. Cost is $60/driver and we'll qualify the three fastest along with the fastest go kart rookie for a chance to win a trip to Homestead, FL for the last Nascar race of the year! Track Conditions: There is no go kart racing or rentals today, as the Madison Sports Car Club will be conducting an autocross event at the track. Spectators are free if you're interested, and/or come on down and enter your corner carver. We are back with practice and rentals on Wednesday at Noon.

We'll be at the track between Noon and 5 PM today and if we get cooperative weather we'll host practice and 1/2 hour rentals. Track Conditions: About 3 tenths of an inch of rain spoiled our Wednesday fun at about 6 PM. But, today is looking much better! No rain in the forecast and nice go karting temps are forecast. So why not blow off work and come out for some laps? Practice your kart or rent one of ours from Noon to 7 PM tonight. Track Conditions: Hey folks, here's our schedule for today. We open at Noon for practice and 1/2 hour rentals. We'll continue both until 7 PM. At 1 PM we have a rent to race group in that might tie the track up for a couple of hours. Depends on size of the group. If we can format them in one heat we'll alternate between rent to race and practice. At 7 PM we'll kick off our weekly edition of 'Turn Key Thursday' and 'The Fastest Man Alive' competition. Track Conditions: Could it be? A week without rain? A go karter's delight. And for once agreement from our farmer friends as they start to make hay. Track Conditions: It's green and a 1/2 second slow compared to the times turned in Sunday last week. But, it's dry and ready to go. Today's schedule has rent to race all day long without a shot at any practice laps or 1/2 hour rentals. You could stop in to pick up any parts you need though. We'll see you practice and rental customers on Wednesday and we'll see you racers tomorrow for race #4. See you at the track.

Track Conditions: Happy bright and beautiful Friday to all. We are open today between Noon and 5 PM for 1/2 hour rentals and practice. We do have a rent to race group in at 1 PM that will likely be around until 3-3:30 PM. We will be able to share the track during this time. Track Conditions: Well it started raining at about 5 PM on Wednesday and when it quit on Thursday we had 1.6" in the rain gauge. That will mean some water pumping is needed. We'll be at the track from Noon to the end of the 'Turn Key Thursday' event today. The track likely won't be ready to run on until after 2 PM. We intend to host practice, 1/2 hour rentals, Motorcycle practice at 5 PM, and 'The Fastest Man Alive' competition within our 'Turn Key Thursday' weekly rent to race night. Go kart practice and 1/2 hour rentals will end at 7 PM due to motorcycles and rent to race. Go karts will alternate with the motorcycles after 5 PM. See you later on at the track.

Track Conditions: Hi Ho to our go karting friends. The chance of rain in our forecast looks like a pretty good possibility especially if you look at the radar right about now! We'll be at the track Noon to 8 PM regardless. I'd assume we'll get some track time later this afternoon into evening, so if you're thinking about the same maybe you should call for up to date conditions before leaving for the track. Track Conditions: We've got a beautiful Mother's Day on tap for our race day. Everybody is welcome to come and race, but it is only a points day for the Honda and Clone classes. Register at 9 AM, practice at 10 AM and race at Noon today. We'll see you at the track!

Track Conditions: Happy Saturday! Today we have rent to race groups booked all day. To any of those groups looking in here, we will be racing. The track will be damp for our 9 AM group, but the radar suggests we'll race without rain! The track will dry slowly with these temps, but we'll have decent race conditions as the day goes on. If you are looking for practice, parts or 1/2 hour rentals you will have opportunity today. After 2 PM only one rent to race group is booked so you could sneak in a 1/2 hour rental or some practice laps in between out races. We can take care of your parts needs between Noon and 5 PM. The weather looks better for our Mother's Day race tomorrow. We'll see you at the track.

Track Conditions: Happy Thursday out there. The track is good to go for Thursday. We made sure of that on Wednesday with likely thousands of laps being run. Today has practice and 1/2 hour rental hours of Noon to 7 PM. We have a rent to race group in at 1 PM that will share the track. And then at 7 PM we kick off the start to the 2010 'Turn Key Thursday' season and the 'Fastest Man Alive' contest. Our advice; be there! With no rain outs on Thursdays 72 people max have a chance to get their name in the drawing for a trip to Homestead for the season ending Nascar race! Holy Crap, what great odds! Come every week to qualify and odds get better and better. We'll see you at the track!

Track Conditions: Are you up yet? Let's get going, we've got a lot of racing to do today! Registration at 8 AM, first practice at 9 AM, first race at 11 AM, then we do it all over again for round two and our rain date from last week. All classis in action in our early race and then the second race doesn't have the Yamaha Pipe class on the schedule. But, Yamaha drivers are welcome to run the second race as a non points event if they'd like. Lots to do and weather that looks like it will cooperate so we'll see you at the track. Remember spectators are free, concessions will be open, but there won't be any rentals today.

Track Conditions: Good Sunday Morning. We have called our opening day race off due to a combination of weather issues. We will run a double race day next Sunday May 2nd. That event will start an hour earlier than usual with registration at 8 AM, practice at 9 AM and first green flag at 11 AM. In the past we've completed our first race event by 2 PM. We then take a half hour break to reload and we kick off race #2. It will be a long day but hopefully with much better weather. The rain will end today, but on the other side we have 30 MPH wind gusts out of the north with wind chill, yes wind chill, in the low 40's. With these low temps and high humidity levels we'll have a hard time getting the track to dry. And there is water to pump off which wouldn't be done for a couple of hours after we got started. Add this all up and the result is this decision to move our opener to next week. Practice as usual next week Wednesday and Thursday Noon to 8 PM and on Friday Noon to 5 PM. We'll see you at the track next week!

Track Conditions: Are a bit damp this morning. But not too bad considering the forecast of the last couple of days. We are all rent to race today (with one small exception called a cancellation for the 2-4:30 PM slot). This would allow some practice in between the group that is still scheduled. You'll have to judge track conditions in that time frame. We will be able to take care of parts needs all day long. See at the track for tomorrow's season opener.

Today and tomorrow will be your best shot at some track time before our first race of the season this Sunday. Track Conditions: Are very good. Yesterday's nice temps and lively winds helped dry us out a lot. No more wet spots on track. So use today as that practice day or rental day, as the weather couldn't be finer. Noon to 5 PM are the hours. We will not have any time for practice tomorrow on Saturday as the rent to race schedule has the track blocked out. See you at the track.

Track Conditions: Are okay. We have some of that above ground ground water to move when we get to the track this morning. We may be a just a bit after Noon when we get it done, but the track will be available this afternoon until 8 PM tonight. The track will likely still have a few spots where water is seeping through it making for less than track record conditions, but it will be good enough for you to shake the bugs out before race number 1 on the 25th. We'll have the 'Pit Stop' kart shop open during the same hours. See you at the track.

Track Conditions: Hi Go Karters. It is nearly 4 PM on Saturday as I post. We are racing our rent to race groups and watching track conditions. For those of you who are coming out tomorrow for our 10 to 2 PM practice we wanted to let you know about our track conditions. We will be able to run tomorrow, but track conditions won't be good, as water is seeping through the track in many spots do to very hight ground water. So if you're trying to get good test laps you won't get any tomorrow. If all you are trying to do is see if it will run and get some seat time you can do that. So just be advised of our conditions before coming out. See you at the track.

But, remember that we do have a practice session scheduled for tomorrow 10 AM to 2 PM. So plan for that day to come out and beat the rust off of things, or get your new sport figured out. Track Conditions: Are still lousy thanks to the last two days of rain. But who wants to run in these temps anyway? We'll move the puddles to day and be ready for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday is a practice and 1/2 hour rental day Noon to 5 PM. Saturday is sold out as a rent to race day. Sunday is an open practice for our racers who are getting ready for opening day and runs from 10 AM to 2 PM. We will be at the track today between Noon and 8 PM if you need parts, karts or service. Track Conditions: Happy Friday! Well yesterday saw our first laps on the track in 2010. A couple of our rental friends stopped in and wrung our a couple of rent to race karts for 1/2 an hour. So it looks like today is your day to get some seat time if you've got a burning desire, as tomorrow's forecast isn't go kart conducive. Track Conditions: Happy Thursday. Looks like our sweet March weather will continue today, but maybe not much longer than that. The track might be ready to go today, maybe. We would suggest a call to the track around Noon to confirm this if you want some practice laps or some rental laps. A couple of issues with track to resolve first, and we also need to make sure our 2010 insurance is in place! If we make those hurdles we can run this afternoon. Another day or two of drying out is in order for the grounds and just a little bit of snow melt and rain to move off of the straight a way. Track Conditions: Well winter is certainly turning into spring, but the track isn't ready for the first hot lap of the season yet. We are still on our winter hours at the track where you can catch us Tuesday through Saturday Noon to 5 PM each day. We hang around a bit later on Thursday and Friday until 6 PM. If those hours don't work for you call and we'll make an appointment. Stay tuned and we'll let you know when the track is ready for practice and rentals.
